Where your tickets are
Ticketmaster mobile tickets are usually kept in your Ticketmaster account. In the Ticketmaster app, sign in and open My Events (sometimes shown as My Tickets), then choose the event to see your tickets.
You can also sign in to your account on the Ticketmaster website to check your orders. Make sure you sign in with the same email address you used when you bought the tickets.
Getting into the venue
A little preparation before you reach the gate often saves time in the entry line.
- Open your ticket in the app before you reach the gate, not while you are at the front of the line.
- Turn your screen brightness up so the scanner can read the barcode.
- The barcode may refresh or rotate on screen, so screenshots often won't scan. Show the live ticket in the app.
- If the app offers to add the ticket to your phone wallet, doing so can make it quicker to open at the gate.
- Check the event page and your Ticketmaster account for the entry instructions that apply to your event.
Tickets not showing yet
If you can see your order but not the tickets, or the tickets will not load, these checks often help.
- Some events send or release tickets closer to the event date. Your order or event page usually says when tickets will be ready.
- Check that you are signed in with the email address you bought with. Tickets do not appear in a different account.
- Update the Ticketmaster app, then close and reopen it, or try signing in on the website instead.
- If someone sent you the tickets, check your email or texts for a transfer that you must accept before the tickets appear in your account.
No phone or a dead battery
Charge your phone fully before you leave and bring a power bank if you can, especially for long events or when you are travelling to the venue.
If your phone dies or you cannot show your tickets, the venue box office may be able to help. Bring a photo ID and the card you paid with. Rules vary by venue and event, so check the event page and Ticketmaster's help pages before the day rather than relying on this guide.

When you buy a Ticketmaster offer through TicketsGarage, the order and the tickets come from Ticketmaster. TicketsGarage is not the seller and cannot send, reissue or fix tickets.
