How We Make Money
Our affiliate model, disclosed in plain English: how TicketsGarage stays free, how partner checkout controls final prices and fees, and how we approach recommendations.
Is TicketsGarage free, and how does it make money?
TicketsGarage is free to use. We're an affiliate: when you book through our links, the ticket partner may pay us a commission. We do not add our own booking fee or markup for using our links. The money that changes hands is between you and the seller at their checkout, where final ticket prices, taxes, fees and delivery terms are confirmed before you pay.

How we make money
Our revenue comes from affiliate commissions. We partner with reputable ticket sellers — including Ticketmaster and HelloTickets, connected through the Impact affiliate network. When you follow one of our links and complete a booking, that partner may pay us a referral commission. That commission funds the site: partner listing data across thousands of events, the editorial guides, and the engineering that keeps it all running.
Critically, we are not the seller or merchant of record. TicketsGarage does not hold inventory, take your payment, issue tickets or handle delivery. Your purchase completes on the partner's own secure checkout, under their terms and buyer protection policies. We're the place you discover and compare events; they're the place you buy.
What this means for the price you pay
We do not add a markup and we do not charge a booking or service fee of our own. Any service, delivery, facility, tax or currency-conversion amounts you see are set by the seller at their checkout, not by us, and are shown before you pay. If totals differ from what you expected, the cause is typically seller inventory, fees, currency, promotions or checkout terms, not an added TicketsGarage fee.
We are a resale marketplace, not the Ticket Seller. Prices are set by third-party sellers and may be above face value.
How we choose what to show
We prioritize authorized and reputable ticket partners with clear buyer protection terms. We surface partner listings and aim to keep availability honest: if an event is sold out or off sale, we'd rather say so than send you to a dead end. Our commitment to editorial independence
Our editorial policy is to choose events and partners based on relevance, availability and reputation. We do not sell paid placement in organic rankings, and commission size does not buy a recommendation. Some pages may include affiliate links, and when a commercial relationship matters to the reader, we aim to make that clear.
