Numbered events versus Fight Night cards
UFC runs two main kinds of live events. Numbered events are the premium shows and often carry title fights, while Fight Night cards are the other regular UFC event format, held in arenas around the world.
Both feature a full card of fights leading to a main event. Numbered events usually draw bigger crowds and tend to sell faster, so compare options early if a specific event matters to you. Check the UFC hub for upcoming cards.
How a fight card runs
A UFC card is split into parts: early prelims first, then the prelims, then the main card, with the main event last. The fights on each part and their order can change, sometimes close to the event.
The time on your ticket is when doors open or the first fights begin, not when the main event starts. Arriving for the prelims lets you see more fights and settle in before the arena fills, and the main event usually comes late in the evening.
Where to sit at a UFC event
Cageside and floor seats put you right next to the octagon, but the cage and the people around it can block parts of the view. These seats are about atmosphere more than seeing every angle.
Lower-bowl seats give a clear, raised view of the octagon and are a good balance for most fans. Upper levels show the whole arena, and the big screens above the cage show replays and close-ups. Check the venue seat map to compare sections before buying.
Buying safely through partner checkout
TicketsGarage lists UFC events and shows Ticketmaster and HelloTickets offers on each event page. Checkout happens on the partner site, and the seller handles your order and tickets.
Before paying, confirm the event, date, venue, seats and delivery method on the checkout page. Our How to Avoid Fake Tickets guide covers warning signs to look for when comparing offers.
Arena entry and bag rules
Arenas that host UFC events use security screening and often limit bag sizes, and many follow a clear bag policy. Our Stadium Clear Bag Policy guide explains what is usually allowed.
Check the venue’s own rules before you go, have your mobile tickets ready in your wallet app, and leave extra time for entry on fight night since lines can build before the main card.
Buying UFC tickets last minute
Seats can still turn up in the days before a card, especially for Fight Night events. Availability changes quickly, and popular numbered events can sell out well ahead of time.
If you are buying close to the event, make sure your delivery method works in time and check the card for any late changes. Our Last-Minute Tickets guide has more tips.
